14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area and purchase goods online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of withdrawal to info@albistech.eu before the 14-day period expires. Please include your name, order number, the goods concerned and your contact details. You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please return all included accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For a withdrawal based on change of mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We cover reasonable return costs when the goods are defective, damaged in transit, incomplete or not the goods ordered, or where applicable law requires us to do so. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of shipment.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT GOODS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If there is damage, a defect, a missing item or an incorrect item, contact info@albistech.eu with the order number and clear photographs where appropriate. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Your statutory conformity and warranty rights are not limited by this policy.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing; sealed audio, video or computer software after unsealing; digital content whose performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost; and other cases excluded by applicable law.

REFUNDS

If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them, whichever occurs first. Any additional amount paid for a faster or more expensive delivery option is not refundable unless required by law.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

EXCHANGES AND ORDER CANCELLATION

For an exchange, please contact us and, where appropriate, return the original item and place a new order. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately. We will try to stop processing, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for business purposes unless mandatory law provides otherwise or we agree in writing.
