1. SELLER AND SCOPE

These Terms of Service apply to your use of albistech.eu and to orders placed through the store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies shown at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account, billing and delivery information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be assigned to you.

3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Images, colours, dimensions, compatibility information and technical specifications may vary slightly from the delivered product or from the display on which they are viewed. Manufacturer information is provided for convenience and may be updated. Please contact us before ordering if a particular characteristic is essential for your intended use.

We may correct typographical errors or inaccurate information and update product availability. Such corrections do not affect an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

4. PRICES, TAXES AND CURRENCY

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable market. Taxes are included or added as indicated on the product page and at checkout. Shipping charges and any available discounts are shown before the order is submitted. For destinations outside the European Union, import taxes, customs duties or carrier fees may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise.

5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, subject to mandatory law.

We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions or an undeliverable address. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid without undue delay.

6. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include Shopify Payments, card methods, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payment processing is provided by third parties under their terms. You authorise the applicable provider to charge the total shown at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card details on our own systems.

7. AVAILABILITY, PRE-ORDERS AND DISPATCH

Stock information is updated regularly but may not be real-time. In-stock items are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days. Products marked as pre-order, back-order or available for continued sale while out of stock are generally expected to be dispatched in approximately one month. These dates are estimates. We will contact you if a material delay is expected and will respect any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping destinations, charges and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Risk passes to consumers as required by applicable consumer law. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delay is caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to legal exceptions. Details, return costs and the refund process are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

10. COMPATIBILITY AND USE

Electronic components and maker products may require technical knowledge and correct installation. You are responsible for checking compatibility, electrical ratings, environmental requirements and suitability for your intended application. This does not exclude liability for a defective product, inaccurate mandatory information or any right that cannot be limited by law.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the store design, Albistech branding and original content are owned by or licensed to AlbisTech Kft. Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, images and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site for personal or internal business purchasing purposes but may not reproduce or exploit protected store content without permission or another lawful basis.

12. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use the store to violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; transmit malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security or operation; scrape the service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load; submit false information; or use the service for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, users or third parties.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, translation, shipping or other services. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control, but this does not affect responsibility imposed on us by law.

14. PRIVACY

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process data to operate the store, checkout, payments and fulfilment.

15. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

We provide the statutory guarantees and remedies required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, widespread carrier disruption, industrial action, war, government action, power or network failure, or supplier interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will inform affected customers where appropriate. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws that apply in your country of residence. 18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. The version in force when your order is accepted applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. The latest version is published on this page with its update date.
