ESP32-C6-Touch-LCD-1.69 is a tiny size, low-cost, high-performance MCU board designed by Waveshare. Onboard 1.69inch capacitive touch LCD display, Lithium battery recharge manager, audio codec chip, 6-axis sensor (3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope), RTC chip, and so on, which makes it easy for you to develop and integrate into products quickly.

Key features include:

  • Equipped with a high-performance 32-bit RISC-V processor with clock speed up to 160 MHz, and a low-power 32-bit RISC-V processor with clock speed up to 20MHz
  • Integrated WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5 and IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee 3.0 and Thread) wireless communication, with superior RF performance
  • Built-in 320KB ROM, 512KB HP SRAM, 16KB LP SRAM and 16MB Flash memory
  • Type-C connector for easier use
  • Onboard 1.69inch capacitive touch LCD display for clear color picture display, 240 × 280 resolution, 262K color
  • Built-in ST7789V2 display driver and CST816T capacitive touch chip, using SPI and I2C communication respectively, effectively saving the IO resources
  • Onboard QMI8658 6-axis IMU (3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope) for detecting motion gestures, counting steps, etc.
  • Onboard PCF85063 RTC chip for RTC function requirement
  • Onboard RST, BOOT and a programmable side button for easy custom function development
  • Onboard 3.7V MX1.25 Lithium battery recharge/discharge header
  • Onboard ES8311 audio codec chip, microphone, and speaker for AI interaction
